All machinery and equipment of THANH DANH CO., LTD are imported from countries: Japan, Taiwan, China.

Factory machinery:

1. Mixing workshop area:

• 7 Kneader mixers, 8 two-roll rubber mill machines with a capacity of 15 tons/day.

     2. Extrusion workshop area:

• 5 lines of Microwave continuous vulcanizing rubber extruder, product capacity over 15,000m/day.
• 1 line of continuous vulcanizing silicon extruder, capacity over 3000m/day.
• 1 salt bath vulcanization line
• 12 extruders with a capacity of 16 tons/day.

    3. Hydraulic mounding press workshop area:

• 52 hydraulic presses from 50 tons to 300 tons.
